8:49 PM -  New England Patriots will not pick up the 6 million dollar option on WR Donte Stallworth

The Patriots will have to work out a new deal for him by Friday at 4 ET or else they will be forced to cut him.  They may let him go and use that money to franchise Moss, and sign him long term.
